Bridget Diaz, co-founder of NestWise Realty, has been a licensed Realtor since 2011. She specializes in helping seniors and families navigate major life transitions with calm, confident guidance and genuine care.

Partnering with Tamara Pesaros, Bridget founded Nestwise Realty to create a more mindful, client-focused approach to real estate, grounded in empathy, strategy, and trust. Whether clients are downsizing, relocating, purchasing a first home, or entering a new chapter, Bridget is known for her consistent communication, thoughtful insight, and sharp attention to detail.

Her approach blends professionalism with heart. Developing organized game plans, collaborating with trusted partners, and advocating for her clients’ best interests from the first meeting to closing day and beyond. 

Bridget earned her Bachelor's in Social Work from Wayne State University. Her real estate license is held with 3DX Real Estate in Novi, Michigan. 

Tamara Pesaros , co-founder of NestWise Realty,  has been a licensed realtor since 2001. She specializes in helping seniors and families navigate major

Whether a client is downsizing, relocating, buying a first home, or making a move to fit a new chapter, she is known for steady guidance, strong communication, and detail-forward execution. Her approach is equal parts strategy and support: creating a clear plan, coordinating the right people, and advocating for her clients every step of the way.

Tamara combines decades of real estate experience with a proven track record of leading complex, high-stakes coordination work with Olympia Development and Ilitch Holdings. She served as a key original team member, responsible for the coordination of  the Little Caesars Arena/The District Detroit master planning, development, and real estate acquisition. As the project continued, she executed major public events, executive tours, and community-facing initiatives.

Tamara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Oakland University.  Her real estate license is held with Community Choice Realty in Birmingham, Michigan.
